Cancellation Policy
No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled meeting will only be refunded as a credit for future bookings with Whispering Woods. We completely understand that unexpected things can come up, and we're grateful for your understanding as we work together to manage our schedules. What's the difference between the Soul Blueprint Reading and the Deep Dive Blueprint?
The Soul Blueprint Reading is a foundational natal chart session focused on your core personality, gifts, challenges, life themes, and soul lessons.
The Deep Dive Blueprint goes much deeper into your chart and includes more layered exploration around patterns, purpose, timing, relationships, energetic themes, and transformation.
Think of the Soul Blueprint as the doorway — and the Deep Dive as the fuller journey into your soul's landscape.
How long does a natal chart reading take?
Sessions typically range from 60–90 minutes depending on the offering you choose. Each session is spacious, conversational, and personalized to what is most present for you right now.
What do I need to provide before my session?
You'll need three things:
• Your birth date
• Your exact birth time (as close as possible)
• The city you were born in
This allows me to accurately pull your natal chart before our session.
Will my session be recorded?
Recordings are available as a $25 add-on. If you'd like to revisit your session afterward, simply add the recording option when you book and I'll send you the audio file after our time together.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
That's okay. We can still explore parts of your chart without an exact birth time, though some details — especially your rising sign and house placements — may not be fully accurate.
If possible, I always recommend requesting your birth certificate or checking family records beforehand. Even an approximate window helps.
How is the Root + Rise Private Starter Container different from the group mastermind?
The Private Starter Container is a more intimate 1:1 experience with personalized support, tailored guidance, and deeper individual focus — three sessions designed to help you uncover what your soul is asking you to remember.
The group mastermind includes community, shared growth, live group calls, collective energy, and sisterhood alongside the teachings and transformational work. The next group cohort opens April 2027.
Both are deeply supportive — they're simply different levels of intimacy and structure.
Do you offer refunds or rescheduling?
Life happens, and I do my best to be flexible. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as you can — ideally more than 24 hours before your session.
No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled meeting will be refunded as a credit toward future bookings with Whispering Woods, rather than a cash refund. This honors the time and energetic preparation that goes into each session.
Can I book a session as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely. Sessions make beautiful gifts for birthdays, life transitions, spiritual growth, or for someone navigating a new chapter.
