I'm Tammy-Lyn Hernandez — evolutionary astrologer, tarot guide, and transformational mentor for women in reinvention.

If you're here, something in you already knows: the version of you who got you this far isn't the one meant to take you forward.

That's the work I do.

I help women understand themselves on a real level, trust what they already feel, and alchemize their gifts into a life that actually feels like theirs.

How this work found me

I was born in Dallas to deeply Southern, conservative parents. We moved to Maui when I was seven, and I grew up there — a kid who saw the world through a different lens than anyone in my family. I felt everything. I always had.

I married young. By 24, I had two boys and a marriage that wasn't right for me. In 2005, I lost my father — my first real encounter with death. Something in me opened.

Then in 2013, I lost my mother in a deeply traumatic way. She had been my best friend, and after she passed, she began appearing to me in dreams. That was my dark night of the soul.

A friend mentioned I should have my chart read. At the time, I knew nothing about astrology beyond my sun sign.

That reading was the moment everything changed.

What followed was years of searching — through teachers, modalities, mentors, dark rooms, deep grief, and slow rebuilding. I trained myself the old way: by walking it. I cultivated my clair senses. I studied evolutionary astrology, tarot, Human Design, Gene Keys, and Kabbalah-inspired teachings. I built a marriage I love (married my husband in 2014). I raised my sons into men. My husband and I built two businesses together in the construction industry — windows and doors, plus a house-flipping company, and I hold my real estate license.

I also kept doing the inner work. Quietly. Privately. For years.

Today, my husband and I are building our forever home in the woods on six acres in Ariel, Washington — a place I want to one day open for retreats, ceremonies, and circle work for the women I serve.

I tell you all of this because it matters that you know: I don't teach reinvention from a book. I teach it because I've lived it — and I'm still living it.

Who I serve

I work with women, mostly in their 30s through 60s, who are standing at a threshold.

You're not broken. You're not lost. You're at the edge of something — and the version of you who got you here isn't the one meant to take you forward.

You've done the healing. You've gathered the wisdom. You know there's more for you. But something keeps looping. You overthink your next move. You second-guess your intuition. You feel the pull of who you're becoming, but can't quite claim her yet.

Most of the women I work with are also doing what I once did — quietly trying to reconcile the woman she's "supposed" to be (good wife, good mother, good employee, good daughter) with the woman she actually is. My work helps her stop choosing between them and finally let them coexist.

How I work

Astrology and tarot, in my hands, are not predictive tools. I don't tell you when you'll meet someone, what month to make a move, or what the cards say will happen.

I'm not interested in fortune-telling. I'm not interested in fear-based readings. And I'm not interested in spiritual bypassing — the kind of "love and light" work that floats above your real life instead of helping you build a better one.

I do this work the way I wish someone had done it for me when I first sat down to have my chart read: grounded, honest, warm, and entirely focused on the woman in front of me.

Your birth chart isn't a horoscope. It's a blueprint. A map of who you came here to be, what you're being asked to release, and the version of you that's quietly waiting on the other side of your next chapter.

When we work together, my job is to help you read that map — and then live it. Because insight is beautiful. But embodiment is what changes a life.

The Root + Rise Method

Out of years of personal practice and client work, I built the Root + Rise Method — my signature framework for women in deep reinvention.

It's a three-month transformational container blending astrology, tarot, Human Design, Gene Keys, breathwork, movement, and Kabbalah-inspired wisdom. It moves through three phases: Root (come home to yourself), Rise (trust your power), and Radiate (build the life that matches your soul).
